Check-in can be done from 3:30 pm, we will be present until 7:30 pm. Self check-in is possible after 7:30 pm.
In case of self check-in:
– Keys will be available in a box outside the apartment. We will send you photos and location of the box with a code that we will send to you.
– The inventory of what is in the apartment placed on the coffee table at the entrance is understood to be automatically accepted.
You will find a welcome basket upon arrival with a bottle of prosecco, coffee capsules, sugar and breakfast vouchers to use at BAR PAPPAGALLO just outside the apartment ca 30 mt on the left. For your information, Cafe Belsito is closed on Sundays.
Tap water is drinkable but in case you prefer mineral water you will find two bottles, one still and one slightly sparkling, in the welcome basket.
The sofa has a pull-out full-size bed, you will be shown how to open/close it when you arrive.
The TV is already tuned to major domestic and foreign channels, the TV remote control is under the TV.
The books in the library are at your disposal, feel free to use them.
Sheets are changed weekly for long stays, you can ask for an early linen change for an extra charge of €45.00
The TV in the bedroom is already tuned to major national and foreign channels, the remote controls for the TV and air conditioner are on the bedside table.
Additional blankets are available in the closet.
The bathroom comes with a complimentary package for each guest that includes soap bar, shampoo, and shower soap.
Ladies’ sanitary sachets and hair dryer are available in the bathroom.
You will find a set of towels for each guest.
Bed linen and towels are changed weekly, you can request an early change of linen at a cost of €45.00.
The apartment is equipped with 2 tables, one in the kitchen and one in the living room. Everything needed to set the table for her can be found in the kitchen.
The balcony is set up with awnings, small table and chairs.
Make sure the balcony door is closed before going out.

The apartment cleaning supplies and detergents are in the wall closet in the hallway and in the left door at the end of the kitchen.
Luggage cannot be left in the apartment after check-out.
Instructions for The air conditioners are along with all the documentation for the appliances.
The heating is centrally managed for the whole building, you can adjust its output by acting on the valve.
There are no additional charges for air conditioning and heating.
The apartment is equipped with an armored access door.
All windows are equipped with shutters.
The bedroom has a motorized roller shutter. The damper lift switch is protected by a second switch that activates it.
The apartment is equipped with smoke detector and CO2 detector.
A connection to Nertflix is available for all guests.
In the apartment you will find USER and PASSWORD to surf via WIFI.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment!
This applies to both any type of smoking: cigarettes, cigars, pipes and e-cigs
It is possible to smoke on the balcony where you will find an ashtray at your disposal.
